Jan Pavlacký is a director and screenwriter working between Prague and Los Angeles. He began his filmmaking journey at the Scuola Nazionale del Cinema in Rome and built a diverse portfolio of commercials, music videos and short films. International recognition came with Haunted, a three-season Netflix Original series he developed, co-wrote and directed. He went on to direct two episodes of John Carpenter’s Suburban Screams for Peacock and, most recently, the entire second season of the action thriller Extraktoři for Oneplay.
